Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it to us within 4 days of receipt. Please follow the steps below to initiate your return:
How Do I Return?
To request a return, please contact us at artboard.pk@gmail.com and include the following details:

Your order number (found in your Order Confirmation or Dispatch Confirmation email)

The product code of the item you wish to return
If you are a registered customer, your order number can also be found in your account email.
What Items Are Exchangeable?
We only offer exchanges if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.

We may ask for images of the damaged item.

You will receive either a refund to your original payment method or an exact replacement of the product.
Note: We cannot send a different product as a replacement.

What Items Are Returnable?
If you no longer want an unopened/unused product and notify us within 3–4 working days of receipt:

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?
Once your return is processed:
